Melsoft Academy was founded to bridge a gap that South Africa keeps stepping over: a generation of capable young people locked out of a tech industry that desperately needs them.
Most learning paths assume a degree, an unpaid internship, or both. Ours doesn't. We run intensive, mentor-led bootcamps that meet learners where they are — and we don't stop teaching when graduation arrives.
Today we partner with employers across South Africa, the United States and the broader continent to place graduates into roles that change the trajectory of their families. The fact that we're 100% black female youth-owned isn't decoration — it's why this work feels personal.
