Data Analytics & Insights

Build a solid foundation in coding logic, cloud architectures, and Software Developer principles — no prior programming experience required.

Why Melsoft For Your Learnerships

This isn't a pitch. It's already running.

Every corporate learnership promises outcomes. Here is what makes ours different.

01

A completion rate that actually holds

Corporate learnerships average a 32% completion rate. Ours runs at 92%, driven by four deliberate mechanisms: project-based learning, our gamified platform The Exchange, early-warning tracking that flags a missed session in week one, and dedicated learner support.

02

Your budget is protected, not just spent

Our Spend Assurance mechanism means every rand is deployed against real outcomes. If a learner leaves early, we replace them at no extra cost. If it's too late to replace, the value is banked to your credit. Nothing is stranded, and everything is audit-ready.

03

One accountable partner, start to finish

Recruitment, stipends, laptops, accredited training, learner support, and placement — Melsoft owns every stage. Your team has a single point of accountability, not a chain of subcontractors to chase when something goes wrong.

04

Specialist disability support, not a checkbox

Our partnership with the National Council of and for Persons with Disabilities (NCPD) means pastoral support, disability verification, and preferred placement pathways are built in from day one — not bolted on to satisfy a scorecard.

05

Credentials that mean something outside your building

Every graduate leaves with more than a certificate: a QCTO-accredited qualification, sector alignment through MICT SETA, and globally recognised Microsoft certifications (DP-900, PL-300) that carry weight with any employer, not just yours.

06

Outcomes that follow through to employment

A qualification nobody uses isn't an outcome. Six months of dedicated placement support, employer introductions, and portfolio coaching sit behind every graduate, backed by an 80% absorption commitment.
