My Transformation

To prepare, I reached out to my mentors and researched the company, and my advice to other students is simple — ask as many questions as possible and use the access you have to mentors and peers who've been through it before. What made me stand out was going beyond the obvious: listing my personal projects and leading with my GitHub, which shows the real work I've put in both at Melsoft and on my own.
